So you'd like to learn to play the bagpipes? It's more accessible than you may think. We offer free lessons and provide a beginners book. The only equipment you need to purchase to get started is a practice chanter. There are several different styles, but they are largely the same. We recommend one that has the holes farther apart that mimic an actual bagpipe chanter. 

If you would like to learn to play the snare drum, you will need to purchase a practice drum pad (any brand will do) and a pair of "KP2" drum sticks.

If you would like to learn to play the tenor or bass drum, we will provide you with the necessary equipment.

Practeices are held weekly on Thursday evenings, 7:00-9:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church in York, PA. (225 E Market St, York, PA 17403)
